The indoor exposure system engineered in the system, is mainly for the precondition of standard components and solar cell's degradation, hot spot tests of modules. Spectral matching, uniformity of irradiation, irradiation stability at least BBB level.
The program uses lighting from the top, irradiation area of ​​1m * 2m, with powercut feature upon over-temperature. Irradiance, temperature inside the chamber, instantaneous irradiance and cumulative radiation can be logged. Air-cooled cabinet, the temperature inside the chamber can be controlled within 20 ℃ ~ 50 ℃.
 
System composition
The system consists of light source system, temperature control system, component holder, light source control system, irradiance monitoring system.
The use of xenon lamp as a light source, the irradiance of the irradiation surface can be 400 ~ 1200W / m2 stepless adjustable.

Cell pick and place system
