Large composite salt spray test chamber
Inner box effective volume: 10m³ to 120m³;
Test chamber with 5-side structure, split-type thermal insulation panels assembled, insulation material is polyurethane foam;
The outer box of the test chamber is assembled with double-sided thermal insulation boards, the outer surface of which is made of high-strength corrosion-resistant insulation boards;
The entire box shall be processed with water-proof, fog-proof treatment;
Test chamber at the bottom is reinforced with U steel, with maximum load-bearing 2000kg at the bottom;
Around the bottom are drains, heating groove surface is paved with SUS316 stainless steel mesh plate as a drainage device;
Chamber sealed with silicone sealant to ensure that the corrosive gas inside the chamber does not leak.
The top of the chamber should be angled, generally between 110º ~ 120º, so that the formed droplets flow along the top of the chamber down to both sides of the chamber to ensure that no droplets formed by the spray drip onto the test sample.
The spray tower is located on the top of the chamber.
